Warranty and Care

  • All of our products are made of fine art materials and last a lifetime if they are treated with care.

  • For specific product care details, please refer to the care card enclosed with your order.

  • Damaged albums/prints should be reported immediately upon receipt along with a photograph of your shipping box.

Domestic Shipping

  • Ground Shipping: Jashim Jalal Studios offers complimentary ground shipping on orders over $150 going to any destination in the contiguous United States. The custom album printing and the binding process can take between 6 to 8 weeks after design approval.

  • Orders are shipped from Great Neck, New York.

  • Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited orders on a case-by-case basis via UPS 2-Day or Overnight Delivery for an additional cost. If you need your order further expedited, please email us at hello@jashimjalalstudios.com for options.

  • Expedited shipping affects delivery times after albums have been printed

  • Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

  • Weather: Jashim Jalal Studios is not responsible for delays due to weather.

International Shipping

  • All international sales are final.

  • Order Processing: International orders will be delivered within 8-12 weeks of final design approval.

  • Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

  • International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

  • Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at the time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor.

  • We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes.

  • The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.

Domestic Returns

  • Customized items (albums, embossed boxes, wall art) are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that have been damaged via shipping should be brought to our attention at your earliest convenience.

  • Replacement fees will be assessed on a case by case scenario.
